HOW TO USE

• For use in the bath and shower

FOR THE BATH

Sprinkle 1 cup of bathsalts into running warm bath water, allow salts to dissolve, soak in the bath for approximately 20 minutes

FOR THE SHOWER

Sprinkle 2 - 3 scoops along the shower floor. Shower with hot water to dissolve the salts and release the steam of therapeutic vapours
